- The VA Heartland Network 15 has a requirement for Janitorial Services to be provided for the Veterans Outreach Centers located at 1265 North 89th Street, Suite 5, East St. Louis, IL 62203 and 2901 Olive Street, St. Louis, MO 63103. The Veterans Outreach Centers are supported by the VA Medical Center, St. Louis, MO. The NAICS code is 561720 with a size standard of $16.5 Million. The proposed contract is 100% set-aside for award to a 'Verified' Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). Special attention should be given to solicitation provision for SDVOSB verified status. Services require contractor to furnish all equipment, labor and supplies with the exception of those supplies identified in the solicitation as being supplied by the Government. Contract shall be for a period of one (1) year with option to renew four (4) additional one year periods. Offers from other than service-disabled, veteran-owned small business concerns will not be considered and shall be rejected. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Proposals will be evaluated on Technical Capabilities, Past Performance and Price in accordance with the evaluation criteria identified in the solicitation. Request for Proposal will be available on or about November 10, 2010. Due date for receipt of offers is December 2, 2010, 2:00 p.m. CST. Anticipated start date is January 1, 2011.
