Description

The upcoming solicitation will be posted under small business set-aside procedures. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) has an existing need for the replacement of Boardwalk Decking at Bear River Migratory Bird Refuge, Box Elder County, Utah. Construct the project in accordance with the approved USFWS design drawings and specifications. Prospective bidders are encouraged to visit the work area in order to examine the existing site conditions by making arrangements with the Project Leader. Site Visit information will be listed in the solicitation. GENERAL INFORMATION The estimated magnitude of construction is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. The total performance is 45 days from the Notice to Proceed. The upcoming solicitation will be using NAICS code 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. The solicitation package is anticipated to be available electronically on or about 24 November, 2010 with an anticipated closing date of 16 December, 2010. Copies of the solicitation, specifications, and drawings can be optained at http://www.fedbizopps.gov once available for issuance.
