Description
The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Panama City (NSWC-PC) is soliciting a 16 channel 2.5 MHz 24-bit ADC module with 16MB on-board memory for short form factor PCIExpress and associated connector cable. The part numbers are ICS-1640A-000 and CBL-1287BNC 1m respectively. Only the specified parts can be used. Use of any other card would require significant cost and engineering time to integrate the replacement card into the existing asset. In addition, use of a different card poses the potential for differences in the data gathered during use. As the manufacturer, GE Intelligent Platform Embedded Systems is the only source capable of providing these components. The RFQ number is N61331-11-T-3502. Simplified Acquisition Procedures is the method of award for this procurement. The NAICS code is 334418 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. Delivery will be to the Naval Support Activity Panama City, Receiving Officer Building 100, 101 Vernon Avenue, Panama City, FL 32407-7001. Delivery terms for this requirement are FOB Destination. In order to be eligible for award firms must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR). Vendors may obtain information on registration in the CCR by calling 1-888-227-2423, or via the Internet at http://www.ccr.gov. Please note that defense payment office may not make payment unless the contractor is established to receive electronic funds transfer (EFT). EFT payments are based on the contractor's EFT information contained in the CCR database. The NSWCPC has implemented Electronic Commerce (EC) in the acquisition area. Therefore, this synopsis and any applicable amendments will be available at https://www.fbo.gov. Vendors should regularly access this web site to ensure that they have downloaded all amendments.
