Description

IQC10271009009 NSN, 1650-00-764-4694, proposed Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with (1) Base Year plus (4) Option Years. This is solicited with FOB at Origin, with Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. This is as Unrestricted, using other than Full and Open Competition. The item is a Fluid, Filter. This is a part numbered item P/N M8815/24, under detail Spec, MIL-F-8815D (1). QPL-8815-36 DTD 18 APR 02 applies. Only approved SOS are those on the QPL. Pricing will be based on the Estimated Annual Quantity which is 5,443. The Guaranteed Minimum Quantity of 1,753 is for the base year only. The Maximum Contract Quantity is 10,363. This is a Critical Safety Item (CSI) per the website as of November 3, 2010. This is a Critical Application Item (CAI). The item is not commercial per SAP interrogation on November 3, 2010.
