- BAA RFP AB133F-11-RP-0029 The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration is issuing a BAA on behalf of the Exxon Valdez Oil Spill Trustee Council requesting research proposals concerning lingering oil as a result of the Exxon Valdez oil spill. The request encompasses research identified in the "Invitation for Proposals, Federal Fiscal Year 2011" that was issued by the Trustee Council on November 12, 2011. Additional details on the proposal categories and Invitation may be downloaded at the Trustee Council's website at: http://www.evostc.state.ak.us/ and http://www.evostc.state.ak.us/Universal/Documents/Publications/Invitations/2011Invitation.pdf. Other useful documents and information is available to download at these websites. If you represent a private organization, a non-profit group, or a university from a state other than Alaska, you may submit a proposal through this BAA. The proposal requirements and evaluation factors are included in the BAA; interested parties may register to receive notification and as an interested vendor to download the BAA from the issuing office listed above. BAA proposals are due on January 7, 2011 at 5:00 p.m. Seattle PST. The BAA Request for Proposal (RFP) solicitation will be available on November 12, 2011, through the Government's website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued and no telephone, facsimile, or written requests will be accepted. It is incumbent upon interested parties to register at the solicitation's site for notification and to review the site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. Technical questions regarding this solicitation should be addressed to Sharon.S.Kent@noaa.gov. All contractors doing business with the Government are now required to be registered with the Central Contractor Registry (CCR).
