- The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) intends to solicit offers for a five-year Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for the following services: Administrative, technical, analytical, training and data management support for the Physical Operations and Support Department management and the following divisions within the department; Environmental, Safety and Occupational Health and Explosive Safety, Security, and Industrial Support. Tasks include technical and administrative support, inspections, data management, material handling, and compliance monitoring and reporting. These tasks cover NUWCDIVNPT proper and also some aspects of the function at the following on-site offices and detachments located in Niantic, CT, Dresden, NY, Fishers Island, NY, Okahumpka, FL, West Palm Beach, FL, and AUTEC, Andros Island, Bahamas. The total estimated level of effort is 274,284 hours. This procurement is set-aside 100% for small businesses. The applicable NAICS code is 541330. The technical proposal evaluation criteria include Technical Approach, Past Performance, and Personnel. The Technical Approach must demonstrate that the offeror is capable of performing all aspects of the Statement of Work (SOW) and it must also demonstrate the offeror ™s knowledge and understanding of the required training and certifications necessary to accomplish the SOW tasking. The award decision will be made on a Best Value basis considering both cost and technical factors. A multiple award is planned.
