- The 42nd Contracting Squadron at Maxwell AFB, AL intends to award a sole source contract to ProQuest LLC, 789 East Eisenhower Parkway, Ann Arbor, MI 48106-10346, to furnish all tools, labor, supplies, shipping and handling, and materials for the following: Subscription to Proquest Online Package to include, CultureGrams online, Proquest Research Library, Historic New York Times Paper, Digital National Security Archive (Vietnam parts 1 &2) subs. Must include unlimited access for all students, faculty, staff, and distance learners connected with the Muir S. Fairchild Research and Information Center. Please note this will include 4 option years. There will be no written solicitation issued. This is an intent to purchase a sole source procurement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This will be a firm-fixed price contract. If there are any other businesses that can provide the specified subscription package, Interested parties must be able to show they have the proper distrobution rights for these products, they must respond to this notice before 2:00 PM (Central Time) on 223 November 2010. If no responsible, responsive offers are received by the above date, a sole source contract will be issued to ProQuest, LLC.
