- Sole Source Letter Travis AFB intends to award a sole source purchase order for to MRI Tables for Travis AFB. This is a posting for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is FM442703010883. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-43, effective 02 July 2010, DCN 20100623, and AFAC 2010-0402. This acquisition will be solicited as a Sole `Source. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334510 The business size standard is 500 employees. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is 6515. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 3845. Requirement Description: 0001- GE Signa HDxt 1.5T Detachable Patient Table. The patient table features an automated vertical and longitudinal power drive for easy patient positioning and maximum patient safety. The table can be easily docked and unlocked by a single operator. The table includes a self-storing, non-ferrous IV pole, table pad, and safety rails. Award shall be made in the aggregate, all or none.
