- The Department of Veterans Affairs, Bay Pines VA Medical Center, St Petersburg FL intends to purchase a C6 Flow Cytometer with CFlow Plus Software and accessories. Open Market materials listed below are required. Interested parties may identify their experience in providing the open market materials and services to complete the procurement of the C6 Flow Cytometer to the Contracting Officer via e-mail at leslie.hawkins2@va.gov or fax 727-399-3346. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number, VA-248-11-RQ-0033, is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-43 effective July 23, 2010 and Veterans Affairs Acquisition Regulation Supplement (VAAR) current to January 7, 2010.
