These revised documents remain DRAFT, but do provide Industry with an insight into changes that are being made to specific aspects of the OSF acquisition. The attached revised documents are an OSF System Performance Specification, a revised Master Documents List, and, Statements of Objective for the Base Contract and four (4) Task Orders. The Contractor will now be required to provide a Statement of Work instead of a Performance Work Statement in response to the Base Contract Statement of Objectives. The Contractor will also be required to provide Task Order Statements of Work in response to Task Order Statements of Objective. The revised task orders attached replace the previous task orders provided. In addition, in an effort to provide potential OSF Offeror's with an opportunity to see the scale and scope of the current framework hardware configurations, the Government intends on hosting site-visits at Single Stimulation Framework (SSF) and Digital Simulation Architecture (DSA) development/integration spaces. The first of these OSF/Industry site-visits is projected to be held on December 7, 2010 at the SSF Development Facility (located in the Advanced Research Center (ARC) at Colsa Corp; 6724 Odyssey Dr NW, Huntsville AL, 35806). The second of the OSF/Industry site-visits is projected to be held on December 9, 2010 at the DSA Development Facility (located in the Missile Defense Integration & Operations Center (MDIOC); 720 Irwin Ave, Schriever AFB CO, 80912). Contractors who are interested in participating in these Site-Visits must submit a completed Site-Visit Registration Form (posted with this notice) via email to OSFCompetition@mda.mil no later than December 02, 2010. Note: Further information about these site visits is included in the posted Site-Visit Registration.
