- The Department of Veterans Affairs, Iowa City VA Medical Center, Iowa City, IA intends to negotiate a sole source procurement under the authority of FAR 6.302.1, FAR 6.302-5 and Public Law 109-461, with a service disabled veteran owned small business (SDVOSB), Alliant Enterprises LLC DBA Alliant Healthcare Products, 8850 M-89, Richland, MI 49083-8558, to procure Stryker XPRT Standard Units and Position Pro Mattresses for the facility. This notice is issued IAW FAR 5.203. NAICS Code 423450 applies to this procurement. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. The anticipated award date is November 19,2010. The acquisition is set-aside for a SDVOSB and is being negotiated as a sole source procurement. The requirement for Stryker XPRT and Position Pro Mattresses includes the following: ITEMEST. QTY UNIT UNIT COSTEST. TOTAL COST 1.XPRT Standard Unit includes: touch screen pendant, rotation, percussion, vibration, therapy history, firmness control, max inflate, turn assist, low air-loss, 2 year parts, labor & travel. 3 EA $________ $_________ 2.Non Integrated Nylon Cover - XPRT 3 EA $________ $_________ 3.Position Pro Standard Unit includes: movable pendant, 40" turn assist, firmness control, max inflate, low air-loss, 2 year parts, labor & travel. 8 EA $________ $_________ 4.Nylon Cover 8 EA $________ $_________ The date of delivery is ordered by purchase order with delivery being FOB Destination to the Department of Veteran's Affairs, Iowa City VAMC, 601 Highway 6 W, Iowa City, IA 52246.
