RFP is Unrestricted. FOB is Destination. Inspection and Acceptance will be at Origin. This a Critical Safety Item. Delivery is 86 DARO. Stock shipments will be within the continental U.S. Automated Best Value System will apply: award will be based on price offered and past performance. Estimated annual demand quantity for base year is 48. The GM for the Base year is 12 each. The Maximum Annual Contract Qty is 96. Surge is not requirement for this procurement.
