- NSN 1660-00-564-1571, PR number IQC10286009029, VALVE, CYLINDER used on the C-130 AIRCRAFT. The solicitation ISSUE DATE is December 01 2010 with a closing date of January 04, 2010. Solicitation is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a base and four option years. Guaranteed Min/Min Order Qty 167, Estimated Annual demand Qty/Max Order Qty 329, Max Contract Qty per year is 545. Orders are to be shipped within 260 days After Receipt of Orders to stock locations in the Continental United States. Solicitation is unrestricted for business size. Other than full and open competition in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304 (C) (1). Approved source is FLUID POWER INC, CAGE 99227, P/N M8622-2. Terms and conditions are FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. This is a Critical Application with a Government First Article Test. Higher level inspection requirements apply. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Automated Best Value System (AVBS) and/or the Past Performance Information Retrieval System-Statistical Reporting (PPIRS-SR) will be used as an evaluation factor. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/ on the issue date cited in the RFP. A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requesters.
