- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Bureau of Reclamation has a requirement for gate indicator parts to include: " Helical Beam Shaft Coupling, " Helical Beam Shaft Coupling, " Shaft, " Shaft, 5:1 Speed Reducer, 10:1 Speed Reducer, 10:1 Right Angle Speed Reducer, Clockwise Revolution Counter, and Counterclockwise Revolution Counter, Items shall be F.O.B Destination to Bureau of Reclamation, Eastern Colorado Area Office, McCook Field Office, 1706 W. 3rd, McCook, Nebraska 59001. Offers are being requested and a request for quotation (RFQ) numbered R11PS60067 is issued to facilitate electronic quotation submissions. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular number 2005-46. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business. Award is being issued pursuant to FAR Part 13; Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is: 333612 Speed Changer, Industrial High-Speed Drive, and Gear Manufacturing.
