Description

The Bureau of Reclamation, Mid-Pacific Region intends to issue a Request for Quotations for a firm fixed price contract for event facilities with meeting rooms, break-out rooms, audio-visual equipment, and banquet facilities for a multi-day meeting April 18-21/2011.This procurement is unrestricted. Solicitation R11PS20048 will be posted to http://ideas.nbc.gov on or about November 10, 2010. The date of receipt of quotations will be approximately November 20, 2010. The solicitation must be downloaded at the above website; no paper copy of the solicitation will be distributed. Prospective contractors MUST be actively registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database at http://www.ccr.gov to be eligible for award. Responses should include the firm's Dun and Bradstreet number (DUNS) and Tax Identification Number (TIN). Firms should identify business size (i.e. small business, other than small business, etc.) in accordance with the size standard for NAICS Code 721110 which is $7 million.
