- The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Panama City Division (NSWC PCD) intends to issue a sole source order to Harris Business Machines of Panama City, Florida for the a one-year maintenance service agreement to maintain Canon iR Advance C9075 and C1 imagePRESS copiers. Maintenance service shall include, but not limited to, "rapid response" services along with routine maintenance. Source shall be a Canon authorized service provider located within the local area to adequately support the NSWC PCD mission. For these reasons, this purchase is unsuitable for full and open competition. Delivery location is the Multimedia & Visualization Branch, NSWC PCD, Building 375. Award will be based on the written request for quotation. NAICS code 811212 applies. FSC code is J074. Small business size standard is $25M.
