Description

The U.S. Government currently leases 11,530 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet of office space located at 150 North Royal Street, Mobile, Alabama, under a lease scheduled to expire December 9, 2010. The Government intends to negotiate a ten (10) year, five (5) year firm lease at this location for 21,780 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet based on economic advantage, agency mission, and other factors. The Government will only consider alternative space if economically advantageous. The Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternate space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunications infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. All services, supplies, utilities and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration.
