Description
This is a request for Quotes to provide Telephone Systems at the US Office of Personnel Management/Federal Investigative Services, John Duncan Federal Bulding, 710 Locust St., Suite 433. Knoxville, Tn 37902 Electronioc Key Telephone Systems with voice mail for the above location. Applicable NAICS codes for this procurment is 333599. The quotes due date s for this requirement is 22 Nov 2010. This is 100% set aside for competition for small business and economically Disavantage Business. Please note that all contractors submitting a quote for this purchase order must be certify that they are registered in the Central Contractor's Registration (CCR). Visit: https:// www.bpn.go/ccr/default.aspexto register. BACKGROUND: The Knoxville, TN Field Office requires a phone system to effectively perform its mission. Installation Address:US OFFICE OF PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT FEDERAL INVESTIGATIVE SERVICES JOHN DUNCAN FEDERAL BUILDING 710 LOCUST ST, SUITE 433 KNOXVILLE, TN 37902 Installation will be required on or about: December 1, 2010 The US Office of Personnel Management, Federal Investigative Services requires an Electronic Key Telephone System with voice mail for the above location. Please include an UPS for the system. The system should be large enough to accommodate three (3) lines and three (3) instruments with growth capability to six (6) lines and six (6) instruments. The system will be configured to have incoming calls from the main office phone line to ring at each station and to have a second phone line ring at each station. This second phone line should not ring at the other stations but should go to voice mail if not answered. Further details will be coordinated with the office point of contact to be named later. The breakdown of the instruments is as follows: Four (3) 12 button sets or similar Include equipment, software, installation, programming, on-site training, and labeling of instruments so that the final product is ready to use and conforms to general industry standards for this type of telephone system. Equipment shall be new with instructional booklets and not refurbished. Please provide electrical requirements for the system. Please provide details if equipment comes with a warranty. Please provide details if full service maintenance is available. Please provide information as to whether or not the equipment is on GSA schedule or open market. If pictures of the equipment are available please provide them or state the website where the pictures can be found. System features should include call busy/no answer forward, speed dial, call transfer, redial, handsfree talk, mute, 3 way conferencing, call waiting, do not disturb, hold, programmable keys, etc. No horizontal cabling will be required. Cabling will have been installed from the HOME location to the workstations. You will need to tie your system into the 66 block which we will provide. The locations for the telephone instruments are identified on the attached drawing. Telephone lines will have already been “demarked/extended” onto a 66 Block within our space and mounted on plywood. Some cross-connects may be necessary. We will need the vendor to extend the fax line onto a jack designated on the attached. A floor plan of the space is provided. Since this space is not currently occupied, we would like the equipment delivered the day of installation.
