- Attachment 8- Table B-1, Representative Task Order Attachment 6- CPSR Attachment 5- Monthly Activity Reports Attachment 4- Position Descriptions Draft RFP All Sections Combined This is a DRAFT Request For Proposal (RFP) for the Clinical Acquisition for Support Services (CLASS) program. This notice also serves as the official announcement of the Industry Day for the CLASS program. The Industry Day will be held on 14 December 2010, at The Hope Hotel and Conference Center, Building 823, Area A, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio 45433. The Air Force Medical Service (AFMS) has a requirement to fill permanent clinical staffing shortages at Air Force Military Treatment Facilities (MTFs) throughout the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii and Guam). The CLASS program is designed to supplement the existing clinical staff with qualified clinical personnel (e.g., physicians and nurses) providing direct healthcare services. The CLASS program is a follow-on procurement to the Clinical Support Services (CSS) contracts that were awarded in November, 2005. The CSS program was awarded as a 100% Small Business Set Aside, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity Multiple Award Contracts (MACs). It is anticipated that the follow-on CLASS program will also be a 100% Small Business Set Aside, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity, MACs. The Air Force is contemplating issuing approximately 10 MAC awards. Additional CLASS program details are provided in the DRAFT RFP. Questions on the DRAFT RFP shall be submitted to the Contracting Officer: Ms. Anita Bailey, or the Contract Specialist: Mr. Edward Vorrasi no later than 08 December 2010. Contact information for Ms. Bailey and Mr. Vorrasi is provided in the DRAFT RFP. Additional program details will also be discussed at the CLASS Industry Day on 14 December 2010. The official RFP is anticipated to be issued during the first quarter of calendar year 2011. (Offerors are reminded to monitor the Federal Business Opportunities website at: www.fbo.gov for the official RFP announcement). NOTE: This is only a DRAFT RFP, therefore you are reminded NOT to submit proposals in response to this announcement. Technical Point Of Contact: Mr. Darrell Hanf, Program Manager, 937-904-5029. After the RFP is issued the only POC for this requirement is the Contracting Officer.
