- Please see attached Word Doc for complete description. GSA, FAS intends to establish a not to exceed 12 month Standing Price Quote (SPQ) for five (5) National Stock Numbers in the 8010 Federal Supply Class. These NSNs are part of GSA's Special Order Program. All offers for this RFQ are to be FOB Origin. Quantities stated below are estimates based on the last three years usage. SUBJECT SPQ IS NOT SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS. The Government will make award to the responsive, responsible offeror whose offer, conforming to the RFQ will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
