Description
Sources Sought for Tooling. The U.S. Army Contracting Command, Joint Munitions & Lethality ContractingCenter, on behalf of the U.S. Army Program Manager Soldier Weapons, PicatinnyArsenal, NJ 07806-5000, is contemplating award of multiple Blanket PurchaseAgreements (BPAs) for Tooling in accordance with the attached Statement ofWork for a period of performance of five (5) years. This is 100% set aside forsmall business. Please see attached BPA Agreement. Interested sources should identify their capabilities by providing such itemsas specifications, brochures, manuals, reports, information pertaining toexperience on previous projects, specific work previously performed or beingperformed and any other specific and pertinent information as pertains to thisparticular area of procurement that would enhance our consideration andevaluation of the information submitted. All information is to be submittedvia email (10MB limit) at no cost or obligation to the Government; informationprovided will not be returned. Note, emails over 7MB will not be delivered,however multiple emails up to the 10MB limit may be sent separately.Responses shall also indicate the size of the business entity, large orsmall. Please provide the name of your firm, address, POC, phone/fax number,and email address. TELEPHONE INQURIES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Interestedfirms /companies are encouraged to submit their capabilities/qualificationdata NO LATER THAN December 4, 2010. The point of contact for this action isGary Ferguson, Contract Specialist, CCJM-SW, gary.ferguson2@us.army.mil. All interested and potential firms must be registered in CCR, and currentfirms must update once a year to maintain active status. Please visit the CCRwebsite to register and update, https://www.bpn.gov/ccr/default.aspx. Whetherapplying for assistance awards, contracts, or other business opportunities,all entities are considered registrants. Registration in no way guaranteesthat a contract or assistance award will be awarded. The followinginformation is required to register in CCR: DUNS Number; Tax IdentificationNumber (TIN) and Taxpayers name; Statistical Information about your business;and Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) Information. Once a business has beenregistered in CCR, it can then register in ORCA, https://orca.bpn.gov/. ORCAregistration is also required if submitting a response to this notice. The Government will not be issuing a formal Request for Proposal (RFP) becausethis notice may result in issuance of BPAs. In addition, the Government doesnot intend to pay for any information provided under this notice. TheGovernment is not obligated to notify respondents of the results of thisnotice.
