Description
The U.S. Army Contracting Command, Joint Munitions & Lethality Contracting Center, on behalf of the U.S. Army Program Manager Soldier Weapons, Picatinny Arsenal, NJ 07806-5000, is contemplating award of multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for Tooling in accordance with the attached Statement of Work for a period of performance of five (5) years. This is 100% set aside for small business. Please see attached BPA Agreement. Interested sources should identify their capabilities by providing such items as specifications, brochures, manuals, reports, information pertaining to experience on previous projects, specific work previously performed or being performed and any other specific and pertinent information as pertains to this particular area of procurement that would enhance our consideration and evaluation of the information submitted. All information is to be submitted via email (10MB limit) at no cost or obligation to the Government; information provided will not be returned. Note, emails over 7MB will not be delivered, however multiple emails up to the 10MB limit may be sent separately. Responses shall also indicate the size of the business entity, large or small. Please provide the name of your firm, address, POC, phone/fax number, and email address. TELEPHONE INQURIES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Interested firms /companies are encouraged to submit their capabilities/qualification data NO LATER THAN December 4, 2010. The point of contact for this action is Gary Ferguson, Contract Specialist, CCJM-SW, gary.ferguson2@us.army.mil. All interested and potential firms must be registered in CCR, and current firms must update once a year to maintain active status. Please visit the CCR website to register and update, https://www.bpn.gov/ccr/default.aspx. Whether applying for assistance awards, contracts, or other business opportunities, all entities are considered registrants. Registration in no way guarantees that a contract or assistance award will be awarded. The following information is required to register in CCR: DUNS Number; Tax Identification Number (TIN) and Taxpayers name; Statistical Information about your business; and Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) Information. Once a business has been registered in CCR, it can then register in ORCA, https://orca.bpn.gov/. ORCA registration is also required if submitting a response to this notice. The Government will not be issuing a formal Request for Proposal (RFP) because this notice may result in issuance of BPAs. In addition, the Government does not intend to pay for any information provided under this notice. The Government is not obligated to notify respondents of the results of this notice.
