Description

The 700 Contracting Squadron at Kaiserslautern intends to award a contract for the purchase and delivery of collapsible plastic containers w/lids for the 86 LRS in Ramstein, Germany. The applicable American industry Classification System (NAICS) is 326199. This is an unrestricted procurement. The contractor shall perform to the standards in the contract and adhere to all local (German) and US regulations. A firm-fixed-price contract is contemplated. The successful contractor will be selected using lowest price/technically acceptable (LPTA) procedures and will be evaluated on the total amount of CLIN 0001 thru CLIN 0003 contained in the schedule. A formal Solicitation will be issued on or about 10 Dec 10 on the FBO http://www.eps.gov. Paper copies will not be available. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon parties to review website frequently for any updates/amendments. All interested parties must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) to be eligible for award. To register in CCR you may visit their website at http://www.ccr.gov. Award will be based on all or none.
