- Description
- Q (64) The "Is Extended" box in Block 11 is checked however the due date shown in this block has not changed. Is the due date extended? A (64) The due date is currently 3 Dec 2010 4:00PM unless extended via a new amendment. Q (65) Volume IV now consists of a single page (Attachment G). Would the government consider including Attachment G as part of Volume I? A (65) No, the Government will not consider including attachment G as part of Volume I. Q (66) Paragraphs 12, 13 and 14 on pages 8 and 9 of Amendment 0005 appear to delete all option periods. Will the resulting contract be a one year effort with no potential for award of option years? A (66) The resulting contract will be a one year effort with no potential for award of options. This is due to the Letter of Offer and Acceptance agreements between the United States Government and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia not supporting a five (5) year period of performance. Q (67) Based on the answer to question 21, should our team resubmit the our Volume III since we only printed our FACTS Sheets on one side and therefore there are a total of 4 pages for each reference? Additionally, please advise if the all volume submittals should be printed on both sides. Q (21) On page 49 of the Solicitation paragraph D Volume III - Present and Past Performance it states that "The offeror may expand the answering space on the FACTS Sheet so that the filled-in FACTS Sheet for each relevant contract covers no more than both sides of two 8 ½ x 11 inch pages." Does our response need to be printed on both sides of the paper? Is there a page limit for each individual Past Performance Fact Sheet? A (21) Yes, the response needs to be printed on both sides of the paper and yes, there's a page limit (both sides of two pages). A (67) Yes, Volume III should be resubmitted per answer A (21). Only in Volume III per paragraph D (2) in section L is printing instructions detailed to no more than both sides of two pages: "The offeror may expand the answering space on the FACTS Sheet so that the filled-in FACTS Sheet for each relevant contract covers no more than both sides of two 8 ½ x 11 inch pages."
