- RECOVERY - THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE OCNTRACTOR AWARDED CONTRACT NUMBER GS-08P-09-JA-C-0089. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PRICE OR TECHNICAL PROPOSAL. GSA's Rocky Mountain Region, Public Buildings Service, Denver Federal Center Service Center has issued Modification PS22 to revise the Scope of Work for the Design and Construction of the Department of State Facility at the Denver Federal Center, Lakewood, Colorado. The Modification provides for the inclusion of additional construction of a concrete encased electrical service feeders duct bank and for the construction of additional communications duct bank. This modification is issued with at a firm-fixed price of $275,968. This modification is funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. All reporting requirements from the Contractor are mandated per the Act. Any questions regarding this notice must be submitted in writing, via email to Ms. Beverly A.
