- The contractor must have extensive prior experience working with government attorneys on the defense of federal agencies in FLSA claims, in arbitration and federal court, including collective actions. The contractor must have conducted the type of data and statistical analyses, database development, and computer programming that are typically required in connection with such claims, including analysis and presentation of ATAAPS, DCPS and DCPDS (Modern) data. The testifying experts must have provided expert reports and testimony in connection with the defense of federal agencies in FLSA claims, in arbitration or federal court. The credentials, experience, and expertise of the contractor's analysts and testifying experts are considered essential to the defense of the agency in this matter.
