- Itemized Listing for the NetApp Software and Hardware Renewal. Justification and Approval for Other then Full and Open Competition for the NetApp Software and Hardware Renewal. (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.603, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This solicitation, FA2517-11-T-6008, is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). (iii) This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-46. (iv) This procurement is procured as brand name, other than full and open competition. The NAICS code is 423430 and the size standard is 500 employees. A single award will be made as a result of the evaluation of quotes received. (v) The following commercial items listing are requested. The items required below are procured as Brand Name. The Justification and Approval letter is attached. (vi) This requirement is for the following Netapps Service Renewal support. The support expired on 30 September 2010. Period of performance is from contract award to 30 September 2011. Please see attached item listing for details. (vii) All items listed shall be priced for a performance location of Peterson AFB, CO. (viii) The following provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition: The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items (Jun 2008). All firms must be registered in Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) at https://wawf.eb.mil at time of quote submittal. DUNS, Cage Code, tax ID, terms and conditions shall be submitted with quote. All firms must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration Database at www.ccr.gov in order to be considered for award. (ix) FAR 52.212-2(a) Evaluation-Commercial Items (Jan 1999), applies to this acquisition. Award will be based on low price meeting technical specifications. To be considered technically acceptable, the quote must offer part numbers that match the manufacturer's part numbers referenced in this solicitation. The contractor shall be an authorized Netapps distributer/reseller. Contractor must certify they are an authorized Netapps distributer/reseller. Verification will be confirmed with Netapps prior to contract award. (x) The provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certification-Commercial Items (Aug 2009), applies to this acquisition. All vendors shall be registered in Online Representations and certifications (ORCA) (https://orca.bpn.gov)) at the time of Quote submittal. (xi) The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items (June 2010), applies to the acquisition. (xii) The clause at FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders--Commercial Items Deviation (July 2010), applies to this acquisition.
