- It has been determined to be in the best interests of the government to amend solicitation W911N2-10-R-0092 for the following: a. Posting of Questions & Answers with notification that the Question & Answer period has closed and no further questions will be accepted: i. Question #1: Is 27.36" max height acceptable? ii. Answer: No, it is not acceptable. iii. Question #2: Is the clear height 12'8 or do we have 12"-14" above that height? iv. Answer: There is a rafter at 12'9, so 12'8 is the correct clear height. v. Question #3: Are roller balls required? vi. Answer: No, as long as the tray is guaranteed to not sag or crash. vii. Question # 4: Is the 23.75 "front to back measurement acceptable: viii. Answer: No, it is not acceptable. ix. Question #5: Will the 480 Phase power be brought in to the point of installation? x. Answer: Please reference section 7.2.1 which states in part that: "Lead will be responsible for providing the contractor's specified utilities to within 50 feet of the location specified by the contractor..." xi. Question #6 Will the two machines need to interface with each other? xii. Answer: No, they will not need to interface with each other. b. The delivery date has changed as follows: i.
