- This document is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is a request for competitive quotes, and all offers received prior to November 30, 2010 will be considered by the Government. This procurement is 100 percent set-aside for small businesses. NAICS code is 324110 and the size standard is 1500 employees. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-46. Only emailed requests received directly from the requester are acceptable. The fuel tanks at the Reno VA Medical Center are accessed through the parking lot. Prior to delivery, the government must be block off the parking lot to allow delivery trucks through. As such: Contractor shall coordinate delivery with the VA Point of Contact given at time of award.
