- Estimated issue date December 8, 2010 and estimated closing/response date January 7, 2010 PR#: FD2030-11-80408 RFP#: SPRTA1-11-R-0156 Nomenclature/Noun: Radar Set Control used on TPN-19, Part Number 347110-1 (Cage 5D832), NSN 5895-00-005-2041IM. AMC: 4U History: Contract Awarded December 5, 1973 to Cage Code 99687 on Contract F19628-73-C-0298 for 1 each. The Estimated Unit Price: $69,396.36. L/I 0001 -Maximum quantity of 6, with Minimum of 1 and Medium of 4. Mandatory Language: Note: Item Description: Length 35.5000 (IN), Height 15.0000 (IN), Width 32.1240 (IN), Weight 25.0000 (LB). Item Function: Provides status indication and control of the ASR system. Contains the Azimuth Converter Assembly (2A12A3) to process ASR data, strobes, and triggers for the displays. Material: Metal enclosure with external push button/lamps and controls, internal CCAs in a card basket with power supply. Currently Raytheon Technical Services Company (Cage 5D832) is the only known source that can satisfy the Government requirements. It is suggested that small business firms or others interested in subcontracting opportunities in connection with the described procurement make contact with the firms(s) listed: Raytheon Technical Services Company (Cage 5D832). An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the Program Director or Contracting Officer, but to communicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate Government Personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposal or in the source selection process.
