- The United States Coast Guard Surface Forces Logistics Center, Contracting and Procurement Branch 1, proposes to contract the Dockside Repair of USCGC OSPREY (WPB - 87307), an 87' Patrol Boat Cutter. All work shall be performed at the cutters home moorage in Port Townsend, WA during the period of 05 April 2011 through 06 May 2011. Work items include and are not limited to: Renew port & starboard Main Diesel Engine Assembly; Renew Engine Exhaust Pipes (EC 087-B-043); Preserve Deck Exterior, and; Preserve Superstructure 100%. On or about 17 December 2010, a Request for Proposal (RFP) will be available electronically at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. This will be a Total Small Business Set-aside procurement. Only 100% certified small business contractors may submit a proposal. The NAICS code assigned to this procurement will be 336611 with a size standard of less than 1,000 employees.
