Description
DESCRIPTION: The General Services Administration (GSA), is interested in leasing a minimum of 12,957 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet (previously usable) of contiguous space on a single floor together with five (5) reserved parking spaces. TENANT: Social Security Administration. LOCATION: Offered properties must be located within the following delineated area of National City, CA: (Northern Border) East Division Street; (Southern Border) South East Bay Freeway 54; (Eastern Border) South on South Harbison Avenue, East on E. 8 th Street, West on E. Plaza Boulevard, South on Euclid Avenue / Ridgeway Drive; (Western Border) North on Interstate 5, West on Bay Marina Drive, North on Tidelands Avenue / Harbour Drive, East on W. 8 th Street, North on Interstate 5. LEASE TERM: The lease will be for fifteen (15) years, ten (10) years firm. REQUIRED: Offered buildings must be of sound and substantial construction, of a type generally recognized as modern, office space. Any offered space needs to be contiguous. If space is located on the 2nd floor or above, a minimum of two elevators are required, one may serve as a freight elevator. The space must be altered to meet the Government's requirements, must be fully serviced, must be fully accessible in accordance with ABAAS standards, and must conform to applicable Life Safety Performance Level of RP 6 (seismic standards). The Building must be able to provide five reserved parking stalls on-site for the Government's exclusive use.
