Description

Solicitation Notice Final Request For Proposal (RFP) is now posted VAMC Knoxville EUL This procurement is for an Enhanced Use Lease (EUL) opportunity at the Knoxville VAMC. VAMC Knoxville is situated on a 163-acre campus in Knoxville, Iowa. The Medical Center's address is 1515 West Pleasant Street, Knoxville, IA 50138. The VA objective for this RFP is to receive proposals from Offerors to redevelop the whole campus (approximate) 163 acres at the EUL site under a long-term ground lease agreement with VA for up to seventy-five (75) years. In return for a long-term lease of the property, the selected Offeror will provide fair consideration to VA. The VA primary objective in leasing the property is for allowing a mixed-use development on the balance of the VAMC site.
