- TITLE: 1680; PANEL, INDICATOR; F-18 AIRCRAFT; WSIC F IQC: 10336009069, ISSUE DATE: 27 DEC 2010; CLOSING DATE: 26 JAN 2011 NSN: 1680-01-347-5754, IQC: 10336009069. Item: Panel, Indicator; P/N: 530410-107. The only approved sources for this item in regards to the specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement are: American Electronics (CAGE 08719) P/N: 530410-107. DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item, nor can the information be furnished by the government. This procurement is UNRESTRICTED and is SOLE SOURCE to American Electronics (CAGE 08719) Any manufacturer, other than American Electronics (CAGE 08719) P/N: 530410-107, wishing to submit a proposal on this item must submit a complete source approval request (SAR) information may be found via http://www.dscr.dla.mil/sarguide.doc. This solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a base year and four option years. The ordering limitations for the base and option years are as follows: (B=Base Year, O=Option Year) Guaranteed Buy Quantity: B=6, Minimum Order Quantity: B=6, O=6; Maximum Order Quantity: B=24, O=24; Estimated Annual Quantity: B =24, O=24 and the Maximum Contract Quantity: B=48, O=48. This is a Critical Application Item. This item is subject to Configuration Control. Production line item delivery is 128 days after receipt of order (ARO). FOB is DESTINATION; Inspection and Acceptance is ORIGIN. Delivery for this procurement will be STOCK. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) and Past Performance Automated System (PPIRS_SR) apply. Price and ABVS score will be equally weighted. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This request is for a written quote. Please submit offers in writing. The solicitation issue date will be 27 December, 2010 with a closing date of 26 January 2011.
