- THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT, NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE. A SOLICITATION DOCUMENT WILL NOT BE ISSUED AND QUOTES WILL NOT BE REQUESTED. The National Institutes of Health (NIH) Office of Acquisition intends to issue a fixed priced contract award on a sole source basis with Infor Global Solutions Inc, 13560 Morris Road Alpharetta Georgia 30004-8995 for SOFTWARE MAINTENANCE and SUPPORT. This service is commercial as defined in FAR Part 2. The procurement will be processed in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 13.106-1(b). No solicitation exists for this requirement. Sources sought results determine Infor Global Solutions Inc is the only qualified contractor capable of satisfying this requirement at this time. The North American Industry Classification System Code is 541519 (Other Computer Related Services). Interested parties capable of satisfying this requirement may submit offers in the form of capability statements to the point of contact. Small businesses are encouraged to participate by providing capability statements not to exceed three (3) pages in length, describing expert knowledge and responsibility to provide the required service. Any firm having belief and capability to satisfy this requirement by the established date is invited and welcome to respond no later than December 15, 2010. Mandatory terms and conditions of Federal Acquisition Regulations 52.212-4, and 52.212-5, will apply to the anticipated award wherever applicable.
