- U.S. General Services Administration is interested in office space in North Charleston, South Carolina The General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking to lease office space and flex space (office/warehouse) in North Charleston / Charleston, South Carolina. The space offered must consist of approximately 7,772 Rentable Square Feet. Location The offered buildings must be Class A quality and of sound and substantial construction. The buildings have to be located within the following delineated area of consideration. North: Ashley Phosphate Road / US 52 & 78 / I - 526 East: Cooper River South: US Hwy 17-State Rd 703 West: Dorchester Rd (State Rd 642) & I 526 Square Footage Requirements The proposed office buildings for lease must be able to accommodate a minimum of 6.758.26 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet and related space. The buildings for lease must be able to accommodate 10 surface parking spaces. Occupancy The Space is required on or about May 1, 2011 Term The term of the lease will be ten (10) years, five (5) year firm. Required All services, utilities and tenant alterations are to be provided as apart of the rental consideration. The space offered has to be contiguous.
