- SOW- RE: FA7037-11-R-0002 The AF ISR Agency Contracting Branch, 102 Hall Blvd, Ste 258, San Antonio, TX 78243-7046 intends to issue a competitive solicitation for a cost plus fixed fee price contract utilizing best value source selection procedures IAW FAR 15 and MP5315.3, Source Selection.. Award shall be made based on the evaluation criteria established in the solicitation. The period of performance will be for a one year base period with three (3) one-year option periods. The Solicitation Number is FA7037-11-R-0002, This Statement of Work (SOW) identifies non-personal services to provide the 92 IOS with the management, engineering and technical support services required to support the establishment, maintenance, and evolution of the 92 IOS cyber assessment program and the execution of the assessments defined by this program.. The contract requires access to classified information and will include a DD254, Department of Defense Contract Security Classification Specification. Personnel performing this effort must be eligible for Top Secret/Special Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) security clearance. Prospective sources will be required to have DOD facility clearances at TOP SECRET level. A Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) pricing arrangement will be used for all labor. The solicitation issue date will be on or about 15 Dec 2010. Please note the issue date is approximate date only, no additional information will be provided to individuals who call. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be mailed. Contractors will need to download all documents from FBO. The North American Industrial Classification (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 541330; size standard is $4.5M.. Contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR), accessed via the Internet at http://www.ccr.gov and Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) via internet at https://orca.bpn.gov/ or risk having their proposals declared non-responsive.
