- This notice is provided for informational purposes only. The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Agricultural Research Service intends to modify a firm-fixed price contract to incorporate additional construction services necessary to modify the Direct Digital Control sequences in the totall amount of $16,305. This contract was awarded on a sole-source basis in accordance with Section 8(a) of the Small Business Act and 41 U.S.C.253(c)(5). These additional services arouse under performance of the current task order and have been deemed necessary and within scope of the original contract. This opportunity is available only under Contract No. AG-3K15-C-10-0001. This modification will be awarded to Peachtree Mechanical, Inc., 535 Marksmen Court, Fayetteville, GA 30214-4412.
