- Milwaukee, WI Downtown Office Area (color map). The Government wishes to lease approximately 1,100 rentable square feet of contiguous office and related space, which will yield approximately 958 - 1,000 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet. The space will be occupied by a Federal Agency. The Government requires a fully serviced lease including adequate parking for four (4) vehicles, two (2) reserved, two (2) unreserved. Subleases will not be considered. The lease will be for a ten (10) year, five (5) year firm term. All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning and tenant alterations as desired as part of the rental consideration. Space shall not be located within a base (100-year) flood plain or wetland unless the Government has determined it to be the only practicable alternative. Space shall conform to GSA requirements for fire and life safety and shall be ABAAS compliant. Location: The offered space must be within the delineated area of Milwaukee, WI as follows: Downtown Office Area as shown on attached map. Expressions of Interest should include the following: 1. Building name and address; 2. One-eighth inch scale drawing of space offered; 3. Square footage offered; 4. Method of measurement used to determine rentable square feet; 5. Name, address, and telephone number of individual to be contacted; and 6. Evidence of authority to represent owner.
