- J&A This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.THIS REQUIREMENT IS SUBJECT TO THE AVAILIBILITY OF FUNDS CLAUSE FAR 52.232-18 AND FAR 52.232-19 (APRIL 1984). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Submit only written quotations for RFQ FA4800-11-SMD-0005. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-16. This is a unrestricted requirement. The associated NAICS code is 423430 with a 500 size standard. This RFQ contains 1 line item. This requirement is a BRAND NAME requirement for Isilon IQ12000i/EX12000 Storage System software upgrade maintenance, hardware maintenance, and technical support for the 480 ISR WG's Isilon IQ12000i and EX12000 storage system.ONLY. Vendors may only bid for Isilon IQ12000i/EX12000 Storage System software upgrade maintenance, hardware maintenance, and technical support for the 480 ISR WG's Isilon IQ12000i and EX12000 storage system.. The attached Justification and Approval has been approved for this requirement. The required Period of Performance is through 09 December 11. PROVISIONS/CLAUSES.
