- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) webpage located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) website located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Navy Sea Systems Command. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS Code is 443120), $8.0 m dollar size standard. Award is to be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13. The order shall be firm fixed price. A formal request for quote will not be issued as all items are identified in this synopsis. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) intends to procure on a sole source basis from Power Tools, Inc DBA Axceler, 600 Unicorn Park Dr, Woburn MA 01801-3343, Qty 2 “ Control Point Multiple Web Front End Farm Licenses, Qty 1 “ Control Point Enterprise Tier 1 user License and Qty 1 year “ Control Point Maintenance. Delivery is no later than 1 week after receipt of order (ARO). The order shall be a firm-fixed price purchase order. Pricing will be FOB Destination to the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren, Virginia. Therefore, quote must include all applicable shipping charges. In order to be eligible for award, firms must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Vendors may obtain information on registration in the CCR on the Internet at http://www.ccr.gov. IAW DFAR 252.232-7003 (Electronic Submission of Payment Requests and Receiving Reports) vendor is required to be registered in WAWF (Wide Area Workflow). The RFQ number is N00178-11-Q-4188.
