Description

NeuroStar System needed for Wilford Hall Medical Center, Lackland AFB, Texas 11TC0251 INTENT TO AWARD The 802d Contracting Squadron intends to issue a firm fixed priced contract for a Brand name only NeuroStar TMS Therapy System provider Neuronetics, Inc. FOB Destination to Wilford Hall Medical Center, Lackland AFB, San Antonio TX 78236. This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items, prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular Fac 2005-47, and DFARS Change Notice DCN 20101216 (Amended) Edition. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334510 and the size standard is 500. Solicitation number 11TC0251 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). FAR Clause 52.214-21, "Descriptive Literature" is applicable to this solicitation.
