Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center (RVAMC), Roseburg, Oregon intends to establish one or more Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) to provide Dental Laboratory Services for the VARHS Dental Department located at 913 NW Garden Valley Blvd, Roseburg, OR. The Government is seeking to enter into a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with a vendor(s) who are capable of providing dental laboratory services. See the Statement of Work. Responses will not be accepted after 12:00PM PST on 29 January 2011. Any vendor desiring to be considered for BPA award must submit their company's capabilities to meet the attached Scope of Work and proposed pricing schedule electronically to darren.campbell2@va.gov. POC: Darren Campbell (360) 852-9853. No telephone requests for information are accepted; all requests shall be done in writing. This requirement is 100% set aside for small business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this work is 339116. The small business size standard is 500 employees.
