Description

Provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision to perform Install Condenser Water Heat Recovery, Project 557-10-105, at the Carl Vinson VA Medical Center, Dublin, GA, in accordance with drawings and specifications. Work includes installation of a heat recovery system for the pre-heating of domestic hot water in Building 2 using the chilled water plant's condenser water as the heat source. Cost range is between $25,000 and $150,000 (new Simplified Acquisition Threshold) NAICS Code 238220 Heating, Plumbing, and Air Conditioning Contractors and size standard $14.0 million applies. The solicitation package and drawings should be available for download on or about January 5, 2011. No hard copies of the solicitation or drawings will be provided. All responsible SDVOSB sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by DVA. This is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Set-Aside.
