Solicitation NRC-ADM-11-070, Food Services for the NRC's Two White Flint North Cafeteria and Kiosk Attachment 1 to Solicitation NRC-ADM-11-070revised: Statement of Work Attachment 3: DOL Wage Determination Attachemnt 2: NRC Form 187, Contract Security and/or Classification Requirements Attachment 1E: Service Contract Act of 1965 (as amended) Attachment 1D: Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point Plan (HACCP) Attachment 1B: Floor Plan of the Kitchen and Servery Attachments 1A and 1C: Convenience Store Articles, and Major Food-Service Equipment provided by NRC Solicitation NRC-ADM-11-070 Food Services for the NRC's Two White Flint North (TWFN) Cafeteria and Kiosk The United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) requires the services of a qualified food-service Contractor to operate an on-site 300-seat food-service cafeteria facility and kiosk located at NRC's Two White Flint North (TWFN) Cafeteria located at 11545 Rockville Pike, Rockville, Maryland 20852. The Contractor shall provide a high quality food-service operation with a wide variety of food and non-alcoholic beverages at competitive prices. The NRC will provide the space, major food service equipment and furnishings, water, and utilities to operate the cafeteria. The Government anticipates awarding a no-cost to the Government contract. All food-service operations shall be on a profit or loss basis, with no commissions or rental payment to the NRC. The period of performance will be one year with four one-year options. This procurement is issued as a Full and Open Competition. The applicable NAICS code is 722310, Food Service Contractors, and the small business size standard is $35.5 million.
