NSN: 3110-01-513-6327, Cylindrical Roller Bearing. Purchase Request Number 0026641070. A "Sole Source," CFM International Inc., Cage 58828, P/N(s) 305-355-718-0, 335-352-303-0, and 340-167-902-0. Approved source: CFM International Inc (58828). Terms are FOB Origin, Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. Stocked Item. A QCC Code of FCA. The DFARS Foreign Bearing Restriction (Reference DFARS 225.7009 AND 252.225-7016) has been waived for this procurement action due to lack of domestic sourcing. This NSN is a critical application item and is commercial. Solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price Contract. Solicited as Unrestricted on an Other than Full and Open competitive basis. The quantity is 140 each. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A letter solicitation for a quantity of 140 each will be issued with expected award to sole source CFM International, Inc. against their current Basic Ordering Agreement. The solicitation issue date is anticipated to be December 22, 2010.
