FA7037-11-R-0002 (Attachment 6 ) FA7037-11-R-0002 (Attachment 5) FA7037-11-R-0002 (Attachment 4) FA7037-11-R-0002 (Attachment 3) FA7037-11-R-0002 (Attachment 2 ) FA7037-11-R-0002 (Attachment 1 ) FA7037-11-R-0002 (SF33 Page 1-84) The AF ISR Agency/A7KA Contracting Branch at Lackland AFB, TX announces the release of solicitation FA7037-11-R-0002, 92nd Cyber Assessment Engineering Technical Support. The focus of this effort is for non-personal services to provide the 92 IOS with the management, engineering and technical support services required to support the establishment, maintenance, and evolution of the 92 IOS cyber assessment program and the execution of the assessments defined by this program. The requirement is commercial in nature and any resultant contract will be awarded in accordance with FAR Part 15. The mission of the 92 IOS is to quantify the security posture, integrity and network defense capabilities of Department of Defense (DoD) and Air Force (AF) cyber assets. This mission is executed through a Cyber Assessment Program linked to DoD and AF requirements along with "Best Practices" as defined by industry and governmental organizations. The 92 IOS Cyber Assessment Program is composed of three main assessment pillars: Vulnerability Assessment (VA), Defense Assessment (DA), and Intrusion Assessment (IA). This acquisition will be conducted on an unrestricted basis without set-aside. The solicitation will result in award of a hybrid contract with Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF), and Cost Reimbursable (COST) line items. The period of performance will consist a base year plus three one-year option periods. Incumbent information is as follows: 1) FA7037-09-F-0055, $6,223,520 (FFP), TASC Inc., (base period 02 Jun 09 to 31 Jan 10), Competitive, 2) FA7037-10-F-0044, $2,699,956 (FFP), TASC Inc., (base period 01 Aug 10 to 31 Jan 11), Competitive, No other contract information will be provided.
