Description

RECOVERY - THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. This notice is issued in accordance with the guidance for the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 and FAR Subpart 5.705. Contract Number SB1341-10-SU-0489 was awarded to Spectra Dynamics of Louisville, CO, on May 17, 2010 in the amount of $6,041,538.00. Work under this contract will provide new components for the NIST Time Scale System, including coordination of and execution of installation, integration, training, troubleshooting, and warranty management. Modification P002 shall be executed to incorporate changes to the required delivery in Attachments I and II. Specifically, changes shall be made to delivery of the masers, environmental chambers and auxiliary output generators. The total amount of the purchase order, $6,050,962.00, shall remain unchanged.
