- This announcement is a modification of a previously announced procurement action. The solicitation issuance date and bid opening date are hereby changed. The solicitation will be available for viewing at www.FBO.gov on or after January 4, 2011 and the bid opening date is tentatively scheduled for February 3, 2011. ________________________________________________________________________ The dates included in this announcement are approximate and may be subject to change at the discretion of the Bureau of Reclamation. Actual dates will be established at the time the bid documents are made available. Principal components of work at Trenton Dam (Schedule A) include; (1) concrete repairs on the spillway bridge; deck, beams, piers, and support pedestals, (2) core drilling new deck drains on the spillway bridge's main spans, (3) installing pipe extensions on the deck drains, (4) repairing erosion damage on the left embankment of the dam (under the bridge and on the downstream side of the dam, left embankment), and (5) removing and replacing gutter drains on the left embankment of the dam. Principal components of work at Enders Dam (Schedule B) include; (1) concrete repairs on the floor of the spillway, (2) concrete repairs on the spillway bridge (beams and piers), (3) installing pipe extensions on the deck drains, (4) repairing the bearing devices under the bridge beams, and (5) installing sealant in the expansion joints located on the gate operating deck. The solicitation will be available for viewing at www.FBO.gov on or after January 4, 2011. The bid opening date is tentatively scheduled for February 3, 2011 at the Bureau of Reclamation's Great Plains Regional Office, 316 North 26th Street, Billings, Montana. All reasonable sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the Bureau of Reclamation. The estimated price range of this acquisition is $500,000 to $1,000,000. The North American Industry Classification System code is 237990. The Small Business Size Standard is $33.5 million. This procurement is being issued as a small business set-aside. Prospective contractors shall have an active registration in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to the award of any Federal Government contract. For more information about CCR, go to www.ccr.gov. Contractor submitting a bid must complete the On-Line Representations and Certifications (ORCA) application in the database.
