Description
General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: NY City: Queens Delineated Area: Northern Boundary: 31 st Ave to Astoria Blvd to Northern Blvd Southern Boundary: Queens Midtown Expy to Long Island Expy to College Point Blvd to Sanford Ave Eastern Boundary: Parsons Blvd Western Boundary: 21 st st Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 890 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 1140 Space Type: Class "A" office space Parking Spaces (Total): 1 Parking Spaces (Surface): Parking Spaces (Structured): Parking Spaces (Reserved): 1 Full Term: 10 Firm Term: 5 Option Term: Additional Requirements: office will consist of 1 private office, 5 modular/powered workstations (4 open-area, 1 reception area), conference room, and storage room. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
