Ft. (ABOA): 890 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 1140 Space Type: Class "A" office space Parking Spaces (Total): 1 Parking Spaces (Surface): Parking Spaces (Structured): Parking Spaces (Reserved): 1 Full Term: 10 Firm Term: 5 Option Term: Additional Requirements: office will consist of 1 private office, 5 modular/powered workstations (4 open-area, 1 reception area), conference room, and storage room.
